JUST SOLD! 3 Bed 2 Bath Ogden Cottage

We just closed on the sale of this listing located at 442 Harrop St. in Ogden. After two months of renovation and updates, we listed this home on June 21st for $199,900. We immediately has an avalanche of showings and put the home under contract several days later.
Unfortunately, the buyers worked in Salt Lake City and realized that the commute time from this Ogden location was going to be too much for their lifestyle. So, before they could even complete their inspections, they terminated the contract. We placed the home back on the market for more perspective buyers to view.
After another week of intense showings, we received another offer. The buyers offered full price and asked for $5,950 in concessions. Some of that was for loan closing costs. A small portion was allotted to replace the dishwasher which had developed a severe growling problem due to a pump failure.
The appraisal and loan processing went smoothly and we closed on time.
