In a scene reminiscent of 2021’s massive blaze, and 2022’s bonfire redux, Ogden residents gathered to witness the demise of a massive 5-story development under construction by the Lotus Company on the former Teleperformance site. The fire knocked out power to a broad swath of downtown, including our home, during a winter windstorm with 30mph canyon winds and temperatures below 20°F. Two massive projects in Ogden City have been making slow but steady progress. The first is the Wonderblock project at the old Wonderbread site adjacent to the 2nd District Courthouse.
