BOUND to Pay Rent

A recent KSL article shed light on a new non-profit resource for landlords and tenants to use in emergency situations. Designed to keep otherwise responsible tenants in place by avoiding evictions, the non-profit provides emergency financial resources to tenants who have emergency circumstances. Such instances might include medical emergenciees, job transitions, or familiy crises.
The spirit of the program is to offer one-time assistance to bridge a temporary gap. Ongoing or entrenched difficulties would need to be resolved by other means which includes an eviction.
