Caretaking for Tomorrow: Handing off Management to Rejuvination

For the past 8 years we have managed three properties on the corner of 22nd St. and Adams Ave. in Ogden. The properties were in poor condition back in 2018 and we were hesitant to take them on. After some consideration we decided to move forward.
After so much time, a person gets to know a property very well. Our company has certainly gotten to know these buildings. So, it is bittersweet when it is time to turn them over to someone else. Recently, these three buildings sold to a new owner. The good news is the future is very bright for these buildings and the whole neighborhood will be better for it.
