INFERNO: Four Story Ogden Apartment Building Burns to Ground

The last week of June saw a tragic loss of property on the 300 block of 28th Street. After fire fighters extingquished a blaze in the afternoon at 29th and Washington Blvd. another fire was started at massive apartment building under construction on 28th Street. The building was nearly finished begin framed at the time the blaze started.
