JUST SOLD! Eclectic Ogden Art Deco Triplex

We recently closed on the purchase of this eclectic art deco triplex for a client. The property is located at 619 20th Street in Ogden. This was a unique transaction since we also represented the seller as a manager while they listed the property with a discount brokerage.
The property was originally listed for $409,800 in late January. The building sat on the market through March when the price dropped to $399,900. It went under contract once with a cash buyer shortly thereafter but they backed out during due diligence. The property continued to sit on the market.
In July, our client became interested in the property and we submitted an offer of $350,000. The sellers countered us at $355,000. We accepted their counteroffer.
After inspecting the property, we requested a price reduction to $335,000. The sellers countered again at $353,000. We accepted their counteroffer.
