We just closed on the sale of this classic craftsman home located at 3240 Porter Ave. in Ogden, Utah. The home has been used as a rental property for years and the owner decided it was time to sell. The home has 1482 SQFT with 500 SQFT of that space being unfinished basement. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The home sites on a .17 acre lot and includes a garage.
The home was listed at $275,000. At the time we viewed the property several offers from other buyers were already in play. Our buyers submitted an offer for $295,000.
After some deliberation, the seller accepted our offer. The appraisal came back at at $310,000. and our buyers closed on time.
