UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: The Madrid Apartments

We were recently hired as new management of a unique 8-plex property. The building is located in the heart of downtown Ogden’s Trolley District neighborhood. This art deco gem was recently remodeled by the owner. The work included ripping the roof off and gutting the property down to the studs and more. Hence, the property has been completely rebuilt and produces top market rents for units of similar size.
Each unit is 1 bedroom 1 bath and about 550 SQFT a piece. The owners have recently made some changes to their property management systems. Thus, they asked us to come on board to handle the site. You can watch a brief one-minute video tour of the property with me:
