We just recently took over management of this interesting historical 5-plex in Ogden. The building was constructed in the 1920s with an addition added on shortly thereafter. The lot is extremely narrow and the building is only a couple feet away from the drip edge of a neighboring victorian home. Oddly, both of these properties share a garage structure at the back of the property with the property line bisecting the garage.
The property has been well managed in the past and there appears to be minimal work we will need to do in order to keep tenants paying rents and maintaining order in the building. However, there is some lingering deferred maintenance that will need attention next spring.
