The lesson learned here is that screening applicants is essential to preserving your property. We inherited these tenants from a prior landlord when we took over management. The lack of care in that landlord’s application process set the unit up for disaster. If you are wanting a professional manager to keep you from experiencing this, give me a call at 801-390-1480 and we can show you how we can make your life easier.
