JUST SOLD! Crystal Manor Condo

We just closed on the sale of this townhome-ish condo located at 281 7th St. in Ogden. The unit is located in a boutique condo complex hosting just 8 units call Crystal Manor. The seller contacted us recently to list his home as he prepared for a move out of state.
We listed the property at an affordable $209,900. Within several days of the listing we received an acceptable offer. The buyer offered $215,000 while asking for $5,000 in closing costs.
After the inspection there were some repair items that caught the buyers attention. We agreed to increase total closing costs concessions to $2,500. We had to extend our settlement deadline about 10 days due to a hiccup with the HOA but got things wrapped up nicely for our seller.
