I just closed on the sale of this newly constructed home in the Foxboro community of North Salt Lake. The home is nestled west of I-15 with a very short commute to Salt Lake City’s downtown. My buyers purchased this home for its managable footprint, low yard maintenance, and proximity to city living.
This particular home was built by Woodside Homes. My clients chose the Gambel Oak floorplan. It has a two car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and just over 1700 SQFT. Here is the floorplan my clients chose:
The builder offered a ton options on flooring, cabinets, and paint. My clients opted for dark cabinets offset by lighter countertops. The main floor featured lighter colored laminate floors. With all the upgrades and features they chose, the final sales price was $240,709.
