We recently listed this duplex property in Ogden for $560,000. The building was constructed in 1960 and has over 3500 SQFT of living space. The side-by-side style made it a great property to manage and maintain. One unit consisted of 3 beds and 2 baths while the other was a 4 bed 2 bath configuration. The 3 bed unit was leased for $1,595 per month and the other unit was vacant during our listing.
We had the property on the market for 3 days. We recieved 14 offers. Three of those offers were at $600,000 or better. We chose to work with a cash buyer and closed on the property at $605,000.
