We listed this home for $315,000. We received a low-ball cash offer from the usual suspects which our client ignored. Shortly thereafter we received an FHA offer of $305,000. We countered at $310,000 and the buyers accepted. Our client made some repairs that were discovered during due diligence and we closed shortly thereafter.
