We just closed on the sale of this Ogden mid-century rambler that we listed in July.  The sale was fast.  We put the home on the market on July 15th at a price of $215,000 or nearly $210 per SQFT..  Within two days we had about 12 showings.  Three offers appeared by the end of the second day.
